We host and create environments where people, organisations, partners explore and create new ways of addressing issues important to them. New perspectives are developed as we engage participants in a process where knowledge, experience intuition are shared in a collective effort. It is through their contribution and involvement that participants develop the ownership of new approaches and strategies. Our work is based on participative methodologies such as: Open Space Technology, World Café, Peer Spirit Circle and other methods which are becoming relevant in today's business community and broader social aspects.
